Throughout high school I was enrolled in a teaching practicum class. In this class we learned the fundamentals of teaching, childcare, education and their theorist but above all we were assigned to our own class. I chose kinder thinking it would be cute and fun and finger painting. Not at all. I met some of the most amazing kids, so excited to learn and grow but still ready to throw a shoe at the kid sitting next to them. I absolutely loved watching the lightbulbs go off and the “aha” moments, the flying objects were just apart of the fun.
