Isabella is a great babysitter. I couldn't have asked for more. She came 3 times a week for two hours to look after our 5 months old daughter. Every time she came my daughter was so excited to see her, which I think is the best assessment. They played, they went outside for stroller walks, they read books. But it is the way Isabella approached the child that makes her to stand out. She was unbelievably gentle, respectful, and attentive to our child's need and desires. As for the organizational issues, she was always on time, flexible to time changes, responded quickly to text messages, and have a very professional and respectful attitude.

Isabella has watched our twin infant children on numerous occasions and I could not be happier with the degree of enthusiasm and professionalism that she brings with her on a daily basis. She is punctual and pleasant. She is able to think on her feet and address needs as they arise, but is also more than able to adhere to a set schedule. She is respectful of boundaries while maintaining a warm personality. I have been nothing but pleased with her performance and would have no hesitation in hiring her to watch my children again.
