I first started baby sitting within the family of course. It was always babies from 7-9 months or toddlers, from 3-6 years old. I loved every second of it. When I was around 14, I wanted to be a teacher so I would have coloring books for them and pretend to be a teacher and I just fell in love with the idea of working with children. When I got my first job, many of my mangers would ask me to babysit their children. I am a very friendly person and I want to work in pediatrics now, so I think babysitting would be a stepping stone considering communication with the kids. I have baby sat up to 4 kids at once, it wasn't really a big deal because one was older and did help me. I follow all the rules and guidelines that the parents give me.
