Shannon and I had a great conversation about my family's needs. She seemed very professional and caring. She didn't mention it in her profile but she does have a 9 year old daughter who she said she would love to bring along with her. I told her I was open to that possibility, and we arranged a time to meet. The morning of the interview she cancelled - it was the day after a storm and she said she had debris and had a rough night prior. I said that was fine, and we rescheduled for the following week. I texted her the night prior to confirm, as well as the day of and NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. This was extremely frustrating, as I had rearranged my work schedule and the kids' schedules so we could meet her. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
