Hi, my name’s MaKenzie! I’m currently studying early childhood education at Doane University, and I’ve always loved working with children. Starting with babysitting my siblings at 11, I’ve held many babysitting jobs since then. I also worked at a daycare here in Lincoln as a full time toddler teacher, which is one of the best jobs I’ve ever had! I was in charge of making daily lesson plans, maintaining a safe/fun environment, cleaning, and keeping children engaged/entertained with developmentally appropriate activities. I am also currently working for a local family owned carpet cleaning business called PureCare, so if you need some discounted carpet cleaning I can do that! I love all things music; choir, musical theatre, acting, you name it! I like to use music while babysitting, especially with younger children.
