No called No showed the second week. Left me in a bind. I purposely hired her in advance to be prepared for the school year. She never let on that there was any issues. She was supposed to be back at 5:30am the next day and just completely ghosted me. This is an extremely disrespectful thing to do to someone. I understand not all jobs are the right fit for someone. However, proper communication is warranted. Even at the very least to be told your not coming back the next day. Instead of leaving someone in a panic at the last minute. Not responding to calls / texts. Yet logged back in to sitter city. This is a very disrespectful way to leave an employer.
