Hi! My name is Hailey. I have been a caregiver for 4+ years, working as a summer camp counselor, a before and after school program teacher/caregiver, and a nanny. I have worked with ages varying from infants to middle school age. I have been CPR certified through the American Red Cross. Ever since I was 18 years old I worked at the YMCA as a summer camp counselor, specializing in working with K-3rd graders and middle schoolers. Between the summers I have worked at before and after school programs for children that need extra care. Working in these environments has taught me so many way to interact with all different ages in the most effective and fun ways. I have learned and perfected many skills in how to handle so many different situations that could arise.
