have been a caregiver since 2011 where I began working as a cna at a nursing home, I then decided I wanted to do more and went to work at an Alzheimer’s facility where I obtained my level 1 med aide license, I also became insulin certified and cpr certified. I became sick and had to take some leave. After I recovered I decided I wanted to do something different while still caring for others, so I started caring for disabled children, I was working there for a little over a year when I had to quit because my mother became sick, and was diagnosed with 2 types of aggressive cancer and needed a caregiver, she recently passed away in July.
