I'm very organized, and schedule oriented. I grew up in a pretty big family and have tons of experience with a variety of age groups. The children I work with are always kept entertained, or interacting with a project at at some point while also learning in the process. Some of the games I like to include introduce conversational French. I believe starting young will be an advantage to the child being bilingual as they get older, but I only include these games if the parent or guardian agrees to the child learning a new language. I always try to keep the environment as fun and enjoyable as possible.
