Hello! My name is Lauren (: I work at Children's Hospital as a Behavioral Health Specialist in the Psychiatric Emergency Department. I graduated California Baptist University in 2017 where I played volleyball and studied psychology. After graduation, I worked as a CNA for a family with two boys ages 3 and 1 with special needs. After that, I worked at a residential treatment facility where I took care of children ages 5-12 who have been abused/neglected. All of this experience has taught me to respond to crisis calmly and efficiently. It has taught me that all children are different and how to interact with each child to support their needs. Also, I have been obsessed with babies for as long as I can remember! I am getting married this fall and do not have any kids of my own so you can say, my baby fever is strong LOL.
