Hello! I am Lauren Barnes born and raised in Akron, Ohio and recently moved to Denver. I am searching for some additional work in the area and figures I love kids so this might be the way to find some. I am an avid traveler and with that in mind I may need a back up for any set schedules. I attended The Ohio State University and graduated in Spring of 2013 with a degree in Speech and Hearing Science. I am currently a Data and Project Manager at the Crane Center for Early Childhood Research and Policy housed in the Schoenbaum Family Center for the Ohio State Univeristy. I have previous experience at working as a Summer Camp Counselor with the Jewish Community Center in Bexley, Ohio. I also perviously was a part time nanny for two girls under ten and have tons of other babysitting experience. I first began babysitting Read more at the age of 13 after taking a Red Cross babysitting certification course. I babysat for neighbors and friends with kids and all ages. I am comfortable with children of any age however I am particularly fond of infants and toddlers. I am also comfortable with pets and helping around the house outside tasks specifically for the kids. I am very interested in becoming your sitter and am willing to complete a background check or CPR training if you find it necessary! My current availability is after school, nights and weekends.
