My name is Nicole and I am a senior at the University of San Francisco. I am double majoring in Business and Legal Studies. I am involved in various clubs as well as my church’s children's ministry. I am an outgoing, kind, fun and dedicated person. I enjoy outdoor activities over staying in the house, but there's always something intriguing to do/make/create/craft with the child. I am responsible and prompt, take criticism well. Communication is key for me. I understand that the busy family schedule can impact some of the arrangements as well as my busy student schedule, so I make sure to always confirm the babysitting job/time and warn the parents prior if I can not make it or something came up. I have babysitting experience with children from infants to 12 years old. I used to be a nanny for a year, working for a family with a Read more 3-year-old. That is the age of development, learning and world exploration for the kids so I obtained many skills of maintaining the child's energy, keeping them busy with fun games, logical questions and minimum tablet time. I also picked up babysitting jobs throughout high school, babysitting for families from church and family friends. Along with with my rich experience with kids, the past 5 years, I have been a leader at my church’s vacation bible school, leading groups of 10-15 kids from ages 2-12 depending on the year. The activities included an interactive lesson, activities from drawing to outdoors, preparation of snack and music. I have been playing violin since I was 5 as well as sang in the choir and led worship at my local church. I find it fun for the kids to learn fun songs from their favorite movies/cartoons-that gives the screen time some benefit. I love babysitting because I love children and I think that they can give/teach me as much as I can give/teach them. Nicole
