Iliana took care of my 18 month old girl, twice. Both times she came early and was very sweet with my daughter. She also brought a folder full of info on herself - her teaching certificate, her karate certificate, her vaccinations ... I never asked her for any of it, it was her own initiative to bring it and show me, which demonstrates how responsible she is. I would and will hire her again.
