She’s a great babysitter. I love working with her. Iyana was very professional and stayed in touch with me via text to let me know what my baby was doing by sending pictures and videos. She was so genuine and a true natural with babies. Definitely going to hire her again.

When I expressed we'd like to interview her, but gave her a heads up about our home being somewhat conservative in the way we dress, I let her know that we'd expect that our baby sitter model how we dress in our home which is no shorts or tank tops. A simple "Thank you, but this doesn't seem like the right opportunity for me" would have been sufficient. Instead, she proceeded to respond as such: "Thank you for you time I’m sorry but I’m not gonna let anyone tell how to dress I mean it has been very hot…but thank you for reaching out." She is rude, disrespectful and unwilling to accommodate your needs based on what works for your home. It is standard procedure to respect a family's values and what they are comfortable in their home. Don't expect her to be flexible with your needs if it inconveniences her in the slightest.
