My name is Vania Nino. I recently got married and moved to California in support of my husband, who is a Marine and works for KPMG. I was born and raised in Mexico City and attended the American School Foundation and therefore am fluent in both Spanish and English. In Mexico, I am a licensed psychologist and I am currently working on validating my papers in the US, al while continuing to purse my studies to grow professionally. I have over 10 years experience in the field of childcare, both in private at-home childcare and as a school teacher in private and public schools. I realized my passion for education and child development from a young age and began babysitting in Middle School, then in High School I started working as a Teacher's Aid in my school (American School Foundation). When studying for my Bachelor's in Psychology in both Mexico Read more and San Francisco, I had the incredible opportunity of being able to work with children (ages 2-5) in Child Development and teenagers (ages 13-16) in Adolescent Life and Group Dynamics, where I worked with low income families to help them improve family dynamics and academics. I love children and look forward to making a difference in their lives. It would be important to note that I have dual citizenship (US and Mexican) and that I have lived in many countries and have therefore been immersed in various cultures. Warm Regards, Vania
