My name is Nicole, and I have taught and babysat in Long Beach for over a decade. I am active, playful, and do not have a problem being firm when needed to maintain household guidelines. I have been told I have a calming effect on people. I have homeschooled children through second, third, and fourth grades. I have tutored and taught children swimming, guitar, boogie boarding, and surfing. I have a completely clean driving record, am current in infant and child CPR and First Aid, graduated from the College of William and Mary with a degree in English, and currently teach horseback riding to children in Long Beach. I have studied art and music extensively and usually bring my guitar and art supplies to my babysitting jobs. I love the outdoors; swimming, biking, playing soccer, hiking, hula-hooping, any kind of games. I am well-versed in children's literature and love to Read more read. I also work for two families in Long Beach so I am looking for very part-time work (4-7 hours, one day a week). Those moms would be happy to talk to you about me! I also do not have experience with babies or toddlers.
