After applying, being accepted and matched with a family on Thursday Janay had no communication with us for a job starting that Monday. We ended up having to replace her after repeatedly reaching out via phone calls and text with no response. This is the second time she has shown interest in our company and then at the last minute either had no communication or called and declined just 2 days before the jobs starts.

Janay was wonderful with my energetic "spirited" almost 3yr old and 5yr old boys. They had a great time and my 5 yr old cried when she was gone in the morning. My son has a severe life-threatening food allergy so I can not leave him with just anyone. We felt confident that he would be safe in her care. Now my boys are waiting for Miss Janay to come back to our house for another play date.
