Hello! My name is Vanessa, and I live in the Long Island City/Hunters Point neighborhood in Queens (I recently moved from Hell's Kitchen). I graduated from Harvard College in 2018 with a degree in Integrative Biology, or as I like to call it, Fun Animal Facts! In 2019, I worked for City Year Boston as a mentor and tutor in an elementary school. I have experience babysitting for families with siblings, and occasionally their friend or cousin. I also have experience working with small groups of children as a camp counselor (ages 7-9), dance group instructor (ages 9-12), and school mentor-tutor (ages 4-11). I love playing games and teaching kids new skills and games, like drawing, dancing, reading, and more! I have experience working with both infants (9 months-2 years old) and elementary school-aged children (4-12). I am BLS, First Aid, and CPR certified. I'm COVID and flu vaccinated.
