About Rhonda

I have 30 years plus experience teaching elementary students in all subjects. I am also available to tutor middle school, high school and adult students in English, Reading, Writing, and Composition. I have also worked with all ages of students from Kindergarten to Adult who are English-Second-Language Students. I've tutored children who spoke no English at all and have had great success. In 2012, I also worked with an adult lady from Spain who spoke little English. She progressed well and learned quickly. I've gone into the schools, into students' homes. I am flexible and will try to accommodate your schedule. My students find me to be easygoing, understanding, patient and calm. I really enjoy helping students succeed in their courses. I also substitute taught in our local school district for 7 years, so I am very familiar with learning styles and how to adapt my teaching strategies to your needs.
