About Joan
I taught my children at home when my daughter was in 4th grade and my son was in 2nd grade, for two years. I truly enjoyed my experience teaching. It is so rewarding witnessing children grasping onto new concepts and helping them develop an enthusiasm for learning. I also have work experience as a teacher's aide in the public schools from kindergarten to high school, including special education classes.
