About Zoey

I am a creative, passionate caregiver with two years of paid experience caring for elderly and developmentally disabled clients. My style of caretaking emphasizes patient's self-advocacy, as well as providing clients avenues to express themselves well into old age. I enjoy painting, drawing, baking and exercising with clients. I'd describe my personality as creative, empathetic and passionate. I like caring for seniors because I love getting to know them. Elderly people have my respect because they have lived through a lot and have gathered unique perspectives. I also think that seniors are not treated with enough empathy in society, so I enjoy creating bonds with them and helping them advocate for things they need. In my spare time, I like to paint, write, draw and dance. I also am an active member in my community and involve myself in service.
