Yolanda was a no call/no show for her in person meeting with us. She applied for our position, completed an extensive phone interview, agreed to meet with us the next day at a mutually convenient time. She did not show up/call/text/reschedule. I would definitely not consider her a sound choice as a prospective caregiver. She lacks integrity and respect.
