Vanessa has been spending time with my elderly mother, and has brought genuine moments of joy into her life. Her interaction and involvement with my mother illustrates the benefit of someone who has a 'calling' and the intuition to be a caretaker, versus someone who just does the job. In addition, she is dependable, returns calls/texts in a timely manner, and is very pleasant to work with.
