About Vance

I've worked in an assisted care facility in Arizona where I was also licensed through the state of Arizona for Respite care and Day Program. I've also worked as a group home manager for special needs clients with autism, mental retardation and cerebral palsy. I can remain collected in a crisis and I handle sensitive situations like hygiene professionally and with dignity for the client. I believe strongly in client advocacy and giving a voice to those with none. I love to push wheel chairs and give comfort to the elderly and disabled.
