Hi, I am a 61-year-old female, married with 6 amazing grandkids. I enjoy going to church, traveling, and spending time with my family. I took care of my mother in law for 6 years, starting with just her basic needs but as her dementia progressed and she had a stroke she became completely dependent on me. I was responsible for all her care including feeding, bathing, changing her diaper, doctor appts, dispensing medications, reading to her and making sure she stayed safe. She had a second stroke and was placed in a nursing home but I continued to care for her every day... I started doing day care after her passing which I really enjoyed and I know that patience and compromise are important with children and with the elderly. I am looking for full or part time day, evening or overnight work along with occasional weekends.
