I have been a licensed nursing assistant for 7 years. I have worked in home care with stroke survivors, nursing homes in memory care units, and hospice cases. Because of my diverse work history , I am able to quickly adapt to new environments and form strong connections with the people I care for. I have a true passion for helping people, and pride myself on my work ethic. In my past professional roles I have: created and modified care plans as needed, provided medication management, scheduling, transportation and advocacy regarding all doctors appointments and community outings.
