A few of my family members have disabilities. I Been working with individuals with disabilities for 21 years. Children and adults. I'm used to Behavior issues, doing ADLS, tube feeding, Medications. Mental health issues as well. I also was a job coach for individuals with Autism. I also help my mother with emergency foster care for children and elderly foster care . my Background study was clear for both of them.
