I have 2 years of experience. I can help with Transportation Services and Errands/Shopping. Recently I was a care giver for two different women. N has severe dementia. I stayed with her and her husband R two days a week, including overnight. R worked during the day and was recovering from wrist surgery, so he need my full time help with N. I would wake up N in the morning, help her with the bathroom and shower, give her medicine, prepare meals and feed her, help her put on and take off clothes, take her for walks, and talk to her. I would put her to bed in the evening and sometimes help her with the bathroom at night. I changed the sheets and did laundry every day, and did house work. L has a slight case of dementia. I stayed with her four days a week, including overnight. I would prepare meals for her, talk to her , and take her for walks. I did house work and light yard work, and shopped for groceries.
