We hired Tina Early October 2020. All seemed well. She worked 3 shifts, Then on her 4th shift she failed to show up or call us. We reached out to her by text & email with no response from her. She finally got back to us 4 days later. It put our family and my Mother in a serious bind. She had told us she works with a group of women and if she was unable to come she would have back up. That did not happen.
