About Tiffany

I have a passion for working with seniors. I firmly believe the longer they are able to reside safely in their homes or an independent living community the happier and healthier they are. I can also be extremely beneficial in coordinating doctor appointments and communicating healthcare concerns to the family. I have extensive experience with home health agencies in facilitating PT, OT, and HH nursing should that become a need. My goal is to improve upon the health and well-being of my client by maintaining their quality of life, keeping them safe, fostering a sense of independence, providing medical care and assistance, support for family members, and companionship. My husband and I have been married 34 years have 9 children and 13 grandchildren.
