About Tessa

My name is Tessa and I am a geriatric caregiver and care manager. I have 10 years of experience providing a full spectrum of care to seniors so they are able to maintain independence and quality of life. My prior experience includes communicating with clients medical providers, assessment of client needs and implementation of services, dementia-care, hospice care, medication management and administration, managing client schedule and appointments, recruiting and managing additional caregivers, providing resources for services, assistance with all activities of daily living such as cooking and meal prep, assistance with eating, bathing and grooming as well as laundry, light cleaning and shopping. I provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families while building relationships based on trust, compassion and respect.
