My friends call me Tess and would like to apply for a Caregiver position. I started working in this field since 2003 and is registered with the California Department of Social Services with HCA ID 7503100200. With my more than 15 years of experiece in this field, I become comfortable in taking care of our elderly. I have experiences in taking care of clients with Dementia, Parkinson Desease, Hospice Care, sugar monitoring for those with Diabetes and can use the Hoyer Lift. I learned a lot with regards to elderly care. I do administer medication, interactions like recreational activities and exercise, meal preparation, light housekeeping, groceries/errands and other responsibilities required to do this job. I have my own car which can assist in going to doctors appointments, etc. I cared for a lady with Parkinsons for 7 years which shows that I can go for long term assignments.
