About Teresa

Over the last two years I have cared for two elderly women, one was 95 the other 97 years old. Both of them had dementia and limited sight and hearing. I enjoyed talking, reading and praying with each of them. I had a constant communication with each family and updated them daily. I did light housework, laundry, cooking, cleaning, errands, minor assistance with dressing, showering and transportation for one lady 5 days a week. The other was occasional care that included companionship, meal prep and clean up. My father also had dementia and I assisted in his care. I believe in treating those I have cared for as I would want to be treated, with dignity and respect. Prior to elder companion/home/health care and assistance I was in retail and restaurant management for over 25years. I have owned my businesses in retail and leadership/personal development and also worked in banking.
