About Teresa

I have had several years of experience in senior care. I have been a live-in caregiver for an 87-year-old woman. I cooked for her, drove her to doctor's appointments, did her laundry, and light housekeeping. I also helped her with medicines on a daily basis. I've also worked as a part-time caregiver for a 78-year-old woman, fixed her lunch, did light housekeeping and provided companionship. I have worked for an agency, where I traveled to homes and helped seniors with their meals, medicines, and all of the above. I enjoy helping seniors because they are no longer able to care for themselves, as they were able to when they were younger. I feel good being there for others who are unable to be there for themselves.
