About Tera

I am a former teacher that is going back to school to get into nursing here in Wenatchee. I am completing the prerequisites to apply in June. I work part time with in home care and am looking for some private paying work to get more hours. I have worked in assisted living with different types of needs. I got into teaching and decided after 6 years it wasn't my passion anymore. I had thought about medicine before and found I enjoy the medical field. I am working part time to get into the nursing program while my husband and I help out his father who is in his 90s. I have good communication skills and am patient with people due to my experience taking care of my grandfather when he had Alzheimer's disease. I am quiet, but have a good work ethic. I will be a great choice to care for someone that needs extra help to continue to live at home or for someone that needs help with a loved one.
