About Telisha

Hello! I've been a caregiver for a little over 13 years! I came into this profession because of my grandmother who raised me. My grandma has dementia and developed it pretty early. I wanted nothing but the best care for her so I became her caregiver alongside my aunt. Being a caregiver for me has been truly rewarding. Knowing that I make a difference in the patient and their families lives by being the best caregiver I can be makes me feel good! I treat all patients/residents with the same care that I would my own grandmother. I believe what families need is a peace of mind knowing their loved one is being treated well and taken care of properly. I am a fairly new empty nester of only one son. I love to smile and make others laugh and feel good about themselves. I'm dedicated, loyal and one whom hates being late to work. I love to cook and eat great food. Overall I have a great heart and caring for others is a passion of mine. I just love making that difference in someone's day.
