About Tekna

Hello my name is Tekina. Ive worked in healthcare 16 years I hold an interest in a senior care position. I was a manager over 10 residential locations , that consists of four individuals at minimum . I work with seniors with dementia and Alzheimer's, including developmental disabilities and psychological disabilities; causing me to have an advanced level of patience. I have a professional level of observation and reporting. Residents are important to me. I have a grandfather who had Alzheimer's. I cared for him for three years until he passed. I also provided care for my grandmother who suffers from dementia she moved due to the cold weather unfortunately. I completed a certified nursing program. I am well versed in medical terminology. I have been well trained and certified in CPR and First Aid. I am trained in Aed usage as well I pay close attention to detail. I was gainfully employed with a behavioral center for 7 years . I have worked in hospice care for five years.
