It brings joy to my heart to help them and to simply just talk to them and bring a smile to there face. You have to have a heart to work in this field it's not for everyone but I love it !! I'm a mother of two kids there my world !! But I can assure you your loved one will be well taken care of I have worked with assistant living to home health to dementia patients and residents there like family to me.
