About Tara

Hello and thank you for reading my bio. I realize that bringing someone into your home is an extremely important decision, and one that you will make with careful consideration. My professional background is diverse, including careers as a Registered Dietitian, Event Planner, Clinic Liaison, and Account Manager. I am a caregiver, nurturer and homemaker at heart. This is my passion and purpose. I have raised two children, fostered 150 puppies and cared for my 85 y/o mother for 7 years. For the past 3 years I have been the primary caregiver for an 85 y/o couple. One has dementia, the other, physical limitations. Additionally, I have had 5 periodic part time clients during this time. My approach is to establish a respectful relationship with my client, understand their needs, and allow as much personal freedom as possible. Safety is the highest priority. I will create a personalized plan specific to your needs and create a warm, respectful, personal relationship that feels like family.
