I'm a reliable, patient, responsible, punctual , affectionate and smiling person. For several years, I've worked just part time as a Wellness coach and Senior care, because my priority was my sons. Now they are young adults and I have time to work full time Monday thru Friday, while doing what I like, which is to help people. I've been fortunate to work with some wonderful people. I have a lot of knowledge about healthy lifestyle and nutrition. I have experience in checking vitals, administrating medicine, preparing healthy meals and even chores around the house.
