We had two appointments to meet Kiki. The first she responded to my request for verification of appointment that she was out of town and unable to come. Had I not contacted her she would have been a no show. We rescheduled for a few days later and again when we requested verification of our appointment, she advised that she was unable to come. We need caregivers to be reliable and responsible. This behavior showed lack of both of those qualities.
