Tam worked for my mother, an 85 year old woman with dementia. There were 5 or 6 people who worked with us during the 1.5 years she was there. Tam was, by far, the best! My mother adored her. She was patient, respectful, helpful (even without being asked!), and honest. I never worried about my mother when Tam was with her. Everyone at facility, tenants, families of tenants, and employees, think highly of Tam and consider her one of the best, if not THE BEST, they have ever had the pleasure of being with. Elder care is a tough field and I never once, even when things were crazy and tense, saw Tam loose her patience or act in a way that was not highly professional. She is the best of the best!
