About Sydney

Hi, my name is Sydney and I have been working as a home health aide for almost 4 years now. I work agency but also private duty. Currently looking for a full time job with someone's lovely parent/parents. My experience. - Provide support to patients while toileting, bathing, and applying skin ointment. - Communicate clearly with patients family & provide updates during shift while also respecting clients wishes. - Vitals before, during, and at end of shift while also making sure patients is comfortable at all times. - Provide care to patients in comfort of their own home, support ADL's, and utilize lift/ transfer devices. - Managing patients schedules, transportation to and from appts, and schedule engaging activities.
