Besides my own family I don't have much experience with the elderly, despite the experience I am a very hard worker and learn/adjust quickly and am very welcoming to feedback on how I can do better! I enjoy talking to older people because of how honest they tend to be and they have so much to teach you. I have been working with kids for the past 4 years and have learned a lot of patience and approaches but am ready to change things up. I love caring for people and helping so I thought this would be a great position for me! I am always willing to learn how to do more tasks to accommodate different needs.
