Susan is professional, hard working AND VERY PATIENT! I needed help in organizing my house and she went above and beyond. She was able to give perspective of items that I wasn't sure if I was ready to give up or that I was not at all ready to give up. She has a great way of giving outside perspective on items without being pushy or judgemental. She took her time to go at my pace which was helpful to me to have a week to think about things that I wasn't sure if I could give up. Many times I was ready to have it removed by the next week when she would come. Also, a big plus is that I never felt judged by the messes that she found. It was not easy to let a stranger come into my home and see the worst of it. But I felt at ease right away when she looked. That is a beautiful quality to put me at ease rather than feeling embarrassed. She would take a few boxes of small item each week to donate or to toss. This really helped me to see progress each week. My life is so much simpler, easier and calmer! She helps me in making space to have in finding permanent home for the things I do have. I mostly listened to her reasoning (she is wise) and i have so much less and I am not losing everything all the time now. I always look forward and I am excited to see her on the days she that she comes! She is such a bright light in my week!! I could not say enough good things about her!! I would HIGLY RECOMMEND Susan and I would trust her to be just as great in all the areas that she has listed. She is a God send to me!! I feel so lucky and blessed that I met her and that she literally has changed my world for the better!
