My dad had Parkinson's and Lewy body dementia and my wife and I brought him into our home and cared for him for 2 years before he passed. I am an excellent short order cook and love talking with others. I tend to use humor during the day to bring people smiles and happiness. Near the end I started making blended shakes of the meals we ate so he could easily consume them. I created a medicine plate for his 4 hour medications.
