I also have over 20 years experience in working with senior citizens. In my years of experience, I have been trained on numerous disabilities ranging from autism and spina bifida to dementia and diabetes. I have been trained on equipment ranging from hoyer lifts to transfer boards. I also have experience in overnight care and have worked with hospice care. Stephen (Tony) was a very helpful and capable caregiver. his easy-going friendly demeanor was helpful, especially given my parents changing needs. He was good at encouraging my father to keep active, and also at suggesting different things we could do to improve their life. Tony was an asset and I recommend him as a caregiver
