About Stela

Stela is an amazing caregiver & wonderful person. We were so blessed to have her in our lives, caring for my husband's mother for a year & a half. In a perfect world, we would have kept her until the end, but as life got busier & with my mother-in-law's dementia getting significantly worse, it just made more sense to us to move her closer to us, into a dedicated memory care facility. This was not at all because of anything Stela did, she was always so exceptionally caring. Stela lived with my mother-in-law full time during the week, kept the house clean, cooked all meals, did all of the household shopping, provided love & enrichment, handled bathing & help with incontinence care. If Cindy was having a bad night, Stela would be up with her for as long as necessary to try to calm & reassure her. She took Cindy to doctors appointments, handled the scheduling of those appointments, took care of medication management. I could go on & on about how incredible she is... She truly became a part of our family & we hope to remain in contact with her as the years go on. Even after parting ways as far as business was concerned, Stela took the time to go & visit Cindy at her new memory care facility. She did not have any obligation to do that, she is just that kind of person, so very caring through it all. If you are considering hiring anyone to look after & care for your loved one(s), please do not hesitate to contact her.
