About Starla

I've had experience with the elderly when I use to go volunteer in the nursing homes and sing to them. I also have had experience driving patients to hospitals and doctors appointments . I have lots of experience with handicapped (Polio and stroke) needs with my father. I know it takes a lot to load into and out of vehicles and mobility equipment. I'd really enjoy being company to someone who is lonely. I am a mother of 2 children so I know what being a caregiver is all about providing meals, assistance with daily task, being uplifting and supportive emotionally and being positive no matter what. My previous career I taught English to adults from other countries and this requires patience but was also very rewarding.
