I have 10+ years of experience in this field. I love caring for others. To me this kind of job/ work doesn't just require you to have skills but you also need to be caring, compassionate, supportive, kind, and most of all have a good heart because when people bring me in to care for a loved one I am there because someone trusted me enough to be there and provide for that loved one. I love the work I do, I wouldn't change it for anything. I've cared for many people over the years and I cherish everyone of them. I believe in treating someone the same way you would want to be treated if it was I who was in that situation so I try my best to do what needs to be done.
